Temptations ease over time. They don't seem to disappear completely, at least not for me. I've had to go completely dairy free because of gallstones.. and I have vivid dreams of eating whole blocks of cheese. On top of that some find it's easier to just completely avoid said temptation than it is to try to work it in to your daily/weekly diet as a treat. My mom has a chocolate addiction. She has a little piece and she just wants more. If it's out of her diet, it's out of her system and she can live without it. For me it's peanut butter. I love it, but my gallbladder can't handle much fats. I have it once a week on homemade vegan pancakes, but only the serving size and only one breakfast. Each person is different, so figure out what works best for you.

As far as exercise goes I've heard it doesn't matter when you exercise as long as you're being active. Ideally it's good to have some activity through the day. But because you're 14 I assume you get to sit on your butt for almost 6 hours a day. Work with what you have. Make sure you move around a bit during your lunch break (although I know that can be hard), so at least try to walk around once you're done eating. After school maybe you can join a sport? No one expects you to be amazing at it and it can be really fun to do something after school. (Personally I was in fast pitch and let me tell you I sucked, but I loved every minute of it.) If sports isn't an option, maybe try walking home or biking- if you live within reasonable distance of your school. Or getting on/off at a bus stop further from where you live so you have to walk a little more. It really depends on how active you are normally but try to aim for at least 30 minutes to upwards of 1 hour of activity.

Also keep in mind there are some real creeps out there, so if you're going to be walking along an empty road maybe you can ask a friend to join you. That way not only will you have company and someone to help keep you going, it would be safer.

Yes! dance is good As long as you get the heart rate up and still be able to talk! make sure your doctor says it's OK to do what you asked.

As for "Temptations" It's all in your head! You have to make up your mind and do it!! As for exercise, How about asking your parents to buy you a tape, DVD, or if you have a Wii buy a Zumba Video. and walking is very important.
