Just try and eat healthy stay away from fast foods eat fruits vegtables and protein turkey fish tuna and beans are good they have fiber and iorn try and eat as natural as u can stay away from sugary drinks also
Hi from what I know..
if u have been doing some sports/exercises prior to pregnant, it is still ok to continue what you are doing but less strenuous/extreme please.
when I was pregnant; I went for swimming(loved those sessions esp when you entered your final trimester and you feel "hot" often) and did some pilates/yoga poses; albeit modified ones..
