Combine aerobic ( long distance running) with anaerobic ( Sprints- 300m)
Day 1,3,5 3 mile jog ( always lift after running not vice versa)
Day 2,4,6 6 ( 300 meter sprints) it is a proven fact that 300 m sprints burn the most fat ( google 300m sprints) Sprints also build muscle mass without lifting weights.
This program alone will eliminate any body fat with proper nutrition.
