left side of my head

hello every 1 - i currently been going to a martial arts school for about 6 months - which have put me in great shape - i used to have a mild episodes of anxiety about 1 year ago  -so i went to my doc and she prescribed paxil ( the smallest dose ) we did a MRI - abdomen ultra sound - and everything check out fine - except for the blood work my liver enzymes were slightly elevated ( because i used to drink and be in the bar 4 days out the week ) this was all about 1 year ago - she also found in my mri that i had a slight sinus infection which at the time was causing pressure  - i was on the paxil for about 7 months - then got myself off of it slowly cause i felt i didnt need them any more - iv been doing great with my anxiety i havnt had any episodes but recently iv been having strange sensations on my left side of the head - ( i havnt gotten hit in the head .. yet.. ) but im conscious about it cause i slightly feel it during the evening - its like above my ear - i put my hand over the side of my head and it feels normal then i get a "tap" "tick " "twitch " " muscle spasm " which i dont feel thru out the day but at night when im home relaxing it " kicks in - which has my very concerned - i dont have medical insurance so i dont know what to do - should i go to the er? iv never had any strokes or anything like that - but this feeling in my head is gettin to me - could it be cause of my wisdom teeth? my sinus pressure on the left side of my head? i dont kno what to do :(

Hello!

I would suggest you to follow proper diet plan and have breakfast before you work out, have proper sleep regularly, avoid stress, treat cold or flu if you have and then to follow up with a neurologist if symptoms continue. Monitor your blood pressure regularly.

Take care!

Hello!

You can have these symptoms due to hypertension or due to sinus problems. I would suggest you to follow up with a neurologist to rule out causes like migraines, seizures, spasms, tics, tremors, anxiety disorders or myoclonus.

I would suggest you to have a proper balanced diet, drink enough water and avoid fatigue, avoid stress, have proper sleep and follow up with a neurologist.

Take care!
