Ummm okay so keep yourself on a strict diet with low carbs and low fat as well as low calories. Your calorie intake should probably be about 600-700 calories a day, along with a twenty minute exercise. Also,45 minutes in a cold bath will make you lose 599 calories so you could do that as well.
One more thing...I exercise for an hour a day...jump rope,yoga,jump jacks...
I ate about 600-1000 of cholestrol a day...here's my routine...I loss 20kg in 2 weeks...its kinda hard..REALLY...
BREAKFAST:Nestum....EVERYDAY!
LUNCH:Homemade vegetable soup/vegetable sandwiches/subway(no meats)/brown rice with raw veggies
DINNER:Spaghetti/macaronies/any pasta!
SNACKS:An apple/soya bean milk(no bananas,ok!?)
