I was 90 kilograms about a month ago , now I'm 84.5 after diet control with some exercises and running
My problem is that i have what they called "man boobs" ..they never changed with losing weight
About three years ago I lost 20 kilograms .. The result was I still having the same boobs !
I don't know is that a gynecomastia or just lipids , and I don't know how to realize the difference .. What can I do to get rid of that
