Hi, you can try it this way. Start taking more proteins in your diet from natural sources. At the same time decreased the weight you lift regularly. Yes I mean decrease the weight, not increase. This is supposed to help by adding more muscle mass and at the same time maintaining the tone of the body. You can try this for 2 to 3 months to see the results. Also do not do weight training more than 3 to 4 days a week. Good luck.
Anyone else who can help me on this issue ?? and tell me if i shud go for food supplements like mega mass or weigh protein ??

a good snack is Macadamias (nuts) they don't need refrigeration they are packed with nutrients have mono unsaturated (good fats) and low carbs. try this first
yea i already lift heavy ... around 180 pounds on bench press and 50 pounds on biceps.. but nothing has worked !! I am planning to take mega mass 4000 ... is it okay ?
P.S. lift 80% of what you can lift for 1 rep. then do 3 sets of 5-8 reps with a 2 minute rest between sets
