I have been doing my treadmill since 12\16 I have list 14 lbs working out six days a week BOY it is hard but I have added this into my daily life a set time each night and it works I started out doung 30 min 3 days and 15 min the other 3 days adding 5 min esch week im up to 45 min without stopping 6 days a week with incline 3.1 and speed of 3.0 I've notice im burning more calories I feel so much better you must make your workout for you to enjoy not all exercises plan work for everyone many blesdings I know I dont have the money for a gym I invested in a treadmill for home
Buy exercise DVD's I bought one and is really encouraging and exhausting at the same time. You can burn up to 500 calories depending on the exercises and there are some DVDs that last less than an hour. I particularly like the ones from beachboday.
Do you have access to a local gym? I'm thinking YWCA, or similar. First thing you should do is get a workout partner. Nothing makes you stick to a plan like a partner that wants it too.
The local gym/YWCA may have fitness classes and or exercise plans designed for your needs.
Check it out before you get discouraged.
