Hi, i completely understand what you going through I'm 18 and I'm usually around 215 to 220, but my advice to you is to start of with uout attitude. You'll see the way you feel about things is the way things are going to result. I also understand that is hard to stay focus on your goal but understand that motivation has to come within you. Nobody else can make you want what you don't want, let me articulate ; it's basically like the saying you can take the horses to the water but is up to them to drink the water.... finally if you are really determined to do this then is show time.
Start of by doing little changes. Going to radical changes only going to get you exhausted and bored, therefore your goal is to spiced up! Start of by running or yogging one mile,  drink more water!!! Try not to eat after 6 or 7 pm. Make sure that your stronges meal is in the morning,  don't ever skip breakfast! !!!!
Eart more greens and blah blah blah, I'm pretty sure you already know this, but what you're missing is that little push. So get up tomorrow and try to be the best version of yourself,  push yourself hard! ! Don't give up, I'm telling you it's not going to be easy as a matter of fact you're going to wonder why are you doing this, but once you start noticing results I assure you that you are going to love it, the hardest things is the first step
. So get up and take the first step, remember that you're not in competition with nobody and that you're doing this for you not to please people. A year ago i took this initiative,  I'm probably in the still weight as last year if not lighter but i assure you that my body mass has drop down like crazy i went from having 75% body fat to 40% body fat, and I'm still in my journey.  So cheer up, you can do this, i believe in you!!!!!! Don't let yourself down again! !!
Btw. Let me know if this help

Easy & cheep. You need to get moving in a safe way. Don't do too much too quickly or you will injure yourself. But how much is too much? Try this.

Get a pedometer and wear it all day every day for a week. A cheep one won't be accurate but will do. At the end of each day log the number of steps it shows, and then reset it to zero.
After a week, work out the average steps you take in a day.
The next week aim to walk at least this number of steps every day, and no more than your maximum number.
Now the fun stuff happens. The next week increase your daily number of steps by 10 percent. (So if you walked 3000 a day up it to 3300 a day)
Each week add 10 percent
When you get to at least 10,000 a day you can start looking at trying other exercise eg power walking, looking at the C25K running programme. You can also start increasing your walking by time rather than counting steps, working up to an hour or more s day

I dont really know like your weight properly because like im not very good at all that but i could give you this. If you are obese you might want to start with just walking it might not sound like much but its a start. After a few days of walking try speed walking because that will work your booty and legs. Then if your confident enough try a bit of jogging then walking and repeat. Try to either stretch the time you run or pick a time and try run further. You can carry on doing this and you could maybe do a bit of upper body workouts at home in the morning or night the same days as you jogging. Or you can do one day jogging one day upper body workouts. Then you could start the jillian michaels challenges and after them to shaun t insanity. Hope this helped♥
