pain on my upper chest area with bruise, slite pain when i touch , pain moves to side sometimes
I am 33 years old male, approxiamtely 7 montha ago i started feeling a dicomfort on my left upper side of my chest. I went to the doctor took xrays and found everything ok. i also took a electro and was ok, but now the chest pains continue and a bruise have come up. i feel pressure sometimes and the pain goes tru out my arm and side of my ribs. I dont know if it has to do with over excerising because many years ago i went to a gym and i over did it to the extreme of urinating blood. also when iwas 13 yrs old i fell from a coconut tree landing on my back, and being with air for several minutes. i do also occasionally get really bad back lower pain. but what really concerns me the bruise that has come up on my chest. i also work physically with my arms and upper body, can that has to do with it? please advice me.

before the brusie did you hear a popping noise? Is there any discomfort when you move your arm around?
