Dear all,

I must agree with Dr NoorPur, last evening i started exercising for almost after 2 years and just after some time i suffered a lot of pain in my right calf. My calf got stiffed and just could not move my leg. With time the pain withered away but still some of my calf muscles have yet not recovered. May be after a day or two i will be totally fine.

Hi,

The stiffness in the calf muscles can be due to lack of physical activity or even due to some degree of dehydration and lack of electrolytes.
I would suggest you to do mild stretching exercises of the calf muscle and maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day and see if it helps. Keep us posted!
