I'm an army guy, and am very impressed with what you've accomplished so far. It is very hard to get the stomach tight because (a) a baby puts your stomach through A LOT, and you likely weren't able to keep the muscles toned during your pregnancy. Running does go a long way to tightening the stomach, because you are using those muscles as you run. Running, combined w/ a good crunch routine and the use of an exercise ball while doing stomach exercises will get you there I bet. Again, very impressed w/ your dedication, and congrats to you!
well i didnt just do yoga.. i also did this exercise program called "SLIM IN 6".. and followed the "Special K" diet. i also had a list of NO's. like: no bread, pasta, sugar, salt, dairy (besides low fat for the cereal) no red meat and pretty much anything with a lot of carbs.
