It's really a personal thing. Some people like to walk in the morning
before it gets too hot, especially in the summer time. It's not a good
idea to take a walk for example between 11:00 and 2:00. That's when
the sun is at it's hottest. Some people like to walk in the evening.
My sister and her husband walk every evening. She says it relaxes
them and they sleep better. As I mentioned, it's a personal decision
and finding the time to walk. I wish you well. Eve
