i have been 5.6 inches since year 7 ( when i was 12). i'm still the same height and same build and want to grow as well.
i too drink a lot of milk and workout, but i heard that the chin-up bar is an ingenious way of growing ( i dont do that cuz im too poor to afford a pull up station).also, cycling is a great way to stimulate growth hormone production.
( i now have to quit rugby because i'm that small and always get battered each match)

i live in hope

at 16 I was about  5'5".

At age 20 I am now 5'9". Its all about your genes and body, so don't worry because there isn't much you can do. be patient.

If you remain short, is cool anyway, people of all heigh, weight, gender, race...yada yada are all great in every way.

i'm short and that never stopped me from playing my favorite sport basketball.

There is nothing you can do in this department, so stop worrying about it. It's a combination of genetics and adequate protein intake. There is nothing you can do about it.

You might want to talk to a trusted adult confidentially about this issue. It seems to be bothering you a lot and it doesn't have to. People grow at different rates, and there is no way to make it happen faster. You would be going against all the laws of science - it's not going to happen. It would be better if you could talk to somebody about why you feel insecure about this. Because there is no reason to feel badly about it.  Just accept it and move on. If you feel you can't accept it, talk to somebody you trust about your feelings.

Eat enough protein. That's about it. Also, your genetics are going to play a role in how tall you are eventually. You don't have any control over that. Don't go overboard on protein, just make sure you get enough. If you are in most if not all westernized countries, you can do this without even trying.

You've got at least a couple more years of skeletal growth yet, so don't worry about it. Nothing is stunting your growth.  Growth spurts happen at different times and at different rates for people.
