ive been trying to lose weight for last 4yrs, ive tried everything and im so over it... have entered a fun run for motivation, so far im pushing hard thru shin splints which obviously im never going to get rid of ever! so i decided to keep pushing.....some say dont use too thick a heal in ya shoe but i need to as it makes a spongy landing, now also have inner soles for my arch as my right heel started giving me hell, ive tried different running techniques also but no good... is there any hope of beating this pain? have also been icing my shins and doing stretches, the icing is very relieving
