i wanna know if u r or u r not using any of it.. and what are those tested and proven supplements for us people to take..
dont get me wrong am not an into-the-latest kind of guy.. i just want those effective supps...

Hi! I've found a site that is comparing different appetite suppressants. Apparently there is a new product on the market called Proactol. Does anyone know if it is reliable? Is it really the only drug that was clinically tested?

Take what you like. I take potassium , alot, I drink ~ 2.5 gallons of water a day. I take vit B, B12, biotin ( 4 hairloss) and butch of other ****. I have so many vit. My husband laughs at me. I recommend a good green drink that has all the photo nutriants in them.

L-glutamine an  amino acid, helps with muscle repair, slows down or stops cortisole build up (belly fat) creates an anabolic enviroment, boost immune sys., trigger extra growth hormons, helps you not get so tired during work outs, increase glycogen and boost anti inflamitory cell function, and can help heal stomach ulcers. WOW

hope this helps

I take some different vitamins for different stuff, go to a local health store, But we strongly recommend L-glutamine, and protien shakes and that is about it. My husband will take vit and minerals when competing and that is really the only time he does. Now his freinds are different some say take things like primrose oil or creatine and so forth, but my husband thinks most of it is junk, I don't always agree.

Thats my 2 cents ;)

Let me tell you something about all of that ****, its just that ****!  I have tried everything.  I would say out of all the supplements I have taken, No-Xplod is the only one that gave me Significant results, which didnt last anyway.  If you are looking to make gains in the gym, try a supplement called Diesel Test 2010.  Its a test booster that will surely put some mass on you.  Just watch what you eat, stick to high protein, low fat diets.  Eat healthy, train hard!  They are the only things that truly work!  Look to bodybuilding.com for more testimonials and reviews of supplements.
