You may need to focus more on cardio then. Weight lifting will bulk you up. It's good that you are doing that but like I said....you may need more cardio. Good luck.
no i have not notices a difference except for my arms getting bigger, but my main goal is to drop some pant sizes
Muscle weighs more than fat so if you're pumping iron you may be toning up and adding muscle and losing fat. Can you see any change in your body since you've been working out? Water is great for weight loss also and eating a big breakfast in the mornings....helps your metabolism speed up. Avoiding meals after 6pm also helps. Make sure you eat.....skipping meals makes your body store fat because it goes into starvation mode. You want to keep your metabolism going......good luck!
