Low carb diets won't help you burn fat (unless you are starving yourself), just water loss and muscle (protien stores) and low carb diets are very unhealthy for you, puts you into a state of ketosis, which creates ketones that are very toxic to your kidney and liver.
To lose fat you need to eat healthy, gain muscle (muscle is your metabolism) and do aerobic cardio and sometimes implement intense cardio, such as HIIT.
You need to do more than just go on a diet. Losing fat comes from working out and getting in shape.
Hey i have lost 40lbs in last 3 weeks. I have been doing Zumba thrice a week and exercise and yoga too. I have been following a diet as well and one meal in a week is of the food i love the most. After all I can not completely give up on tasty food :P
Completely agree with Gymdandee. Tell us more about your diet. What's the diet? And how much weight would you like to lose?
How many calories are you consuming? and are you exercising? Do you take any medication? Need more information on what you eat, drink, age, height,
weight. So you consume no carbs and no sugar!
