why is this happening

i hav been crunch exercising 4 days now and anytime i exercise i feel something moving in my lower abdomen and i feel like am going to  vomit(sorry)

Hi. Stomach aches—not cramping—can be due to the food or drinks you consume prior to exercise. Dairy, high fiber foods and sweetened beverages are some of the culprits, although there can be other reasons as well. Experts suggest that vomiting is more common if the pre-race meal (eaten anytime) had a higher fat or protein content. If you think this is not related to food intake, you might need to see your physician for evaluation. Hope this helps.
