So I started experiencing negative afterimages, you know where they are not the same colour but can still see them, and I've been posting about other symptoms such as entoptic phenomenon, as well but I believe I narrowed it down to this, I have gotten quite paranoid about my vision, and started looking for things that were wrong when there really wasn't a problem, and I started to get anxiety over it, and very obsessive, so I think I trained my brain to see all of these things, because for example, entoptic phenomenon, its gotten worse, I used to have to really focus on the sky to see it, now wherever I look I see it as long as it is bright enough, the negative afterimages are quite concerning, so I get very anxious, I geuss what I am asking is, did I train my brain to see these things by obsessing over them? Is that why? And if so, can I train myself to unsee these things?
