Thankyou very much for the reply doctor..its very hard times for me i cant sit on pc anymore highly light sensitive it pains alot specially behind portion of eyes schlera thinning i am into final year of engineering cant sit on pc even for 5-10 minutes and in future i have to work on pc i went to many eye doctors they find it normal so why all this untolerable pain light sensitive? Sir posterior schleretis is rarest of rare problem and its difficult to diagnose so there are many chances doctors here may find it difficult to diagnose? I cant be normal anymore like cant watch tv sit on pc..and dr can posterior schleretis be cured if i get disgnosed which is very likely to happen? Sorry for a long message wanted to share my problems..looking forward for your reply

I would suggest you find a Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in cornea/external disease or in 'uveitis"    The diagnosis of posterior scleritis is usually made from the history, underlying medical problems and a b-scan of the back of the eye.   Have you been to a medical school department of ophthalmology, they usually have everything together.   Here is a link to a good article:  http://eyewiki.aao.org/Scleritis

No test you can do. Diagnosis made by ophthalmologist. Call and see if you can get in to see him/her sooner. Ask about posterior scleritis.

No that would not be a cause or there would be a world-wide epidemic of scleritis which hasn't happened. There is a world wide epidemic of dry eyes and myopia due to endless house on computer/video screens world-wide.  Be sure you are under the care of an Eye MD with special training and a practice emphasis on cornea and external disease.
