Blind Spot at night

1.  I am 64 year old women.
2.  I have fibromyalgia and am on several medications
3.  I have macular pucker
4.  4 years ago a 60# boat lift fell on top of my head bounced off my leg. Dent in
head but never had any problems.
5.  Diagnosed with cataracts (not bad)  It has been several years since my eye's
    have been checked....too expensive

Problem:  My eyes are worse during the day..blurry and spots float around and often I think there is a bug or ?? but realize it is my eyes.  At night when I go down my stairs and into my kitchen (without lights on) the only light coming in is from two windows so it is dark. When I close my left eye I can not see out of my right eye.  It does clear up a little if I wait long enough but there is something going on. Could you list the possibilities please?

Thanks in advanced for your help.
