Central vision issues

Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue I’m having. Bascially, when I am in a dim or dark room when I blink I see a blob in my central vision, my central vision also seems a bit worse at night. I also experience little flashing dots in my central vision when I am for example outside and look at something dark. If I look at a bright light , instead of getting a clear afterimage I get pixelated green sparkles in my central vision. These are not floaters as I have plenty of them in both eyes. I have keratoconus and also constant static and white dots in my entire visual field.I went to a very respected retina specialist a year after seeing these issues in my central vision and I’ve had several OCT scans, autofluorescence and also a ERG and multifocal ERG. Nothing was found apart from my doctor diagnosing me with visual snow syndrome. I have a history of severe anxiety and health anxiety l, also ADHD. 23 year old male. Can anyone shed any light on this thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
First I would be grateful you don't have anything that is visual threatning. Many posting here have lost sight and have severe progressive eye diseases.  If you have visual snow as cause not much can be done about that. You can do an internet search there are some medical centers doing research on that. The other thing you might consider is have a gas permeable contact lens fit on the most symptomatic eye. It is possible that some of your symptoms are due to irregular cornea astigmatism. Gas perm CTL can treat that if they prove helpfu.

I have been using daily wear gas perm CTLs myself for decades now and have not had any negative issues with them.

The central blob sounds like posterior vitreous detachment, PVD, which I have. If you have it I would have thought you would have been told about it. PVD alone is unfortunate, but not all that serious.
