Hello I was doing some research online about the Choroid.

I wanted to know what the difference is between Choroid nevus and Choroid crescent.

Are both the same thing? I think the crescent is a normal finding and where the nevus is not.

Is there any problem between performing an eye surgery (the laser type) and having a choroidal nevus? May this surgery stimulate the choroidal nevus?

How many times will you ask the same question?
The crescent is not dangerous.
The nevus if small, flat, and uniform in color is not likely to transform into a malignant melanoma.
That's all I'm going to say on the subject.

Ok, I looked something up. Say the crescent is around the optic nerve and nevus is like a mole in the eye. I'm assuming Nevus is more dangerous than a crescent needs to be monitored. Is that correct?

Go to Google images and see what they look like they are not anything alike.
