Constant non stop eye spasm for 7 years!

Hello I have had a constant eye spasm in the crease of my left eye from about the time I was 17 and I'm 25 now. When it first started it would do it randomly for a few weeks then stop but around 18 I noticed it came and never left. I seen an eye doc that told me to take Benadryl and that's it. When I say it never stops I mean it! Normal every day it feels like a vibration in my eye and others can't  really see it but when I'm stressed or anything it acts up a lot and then you can see it jumping. I'm just so tired of it and need to know if there is anything to worry about since it never EVER stops!

Well since you've had it 8 years and it hasn't lead to anything serious and you don't describe new symptoms its not likely anything that threatens your sight. If it is really troublesome, and it sounds like it is, I suggest you see a neuro-ophthalmologist. They specialize in things like that. There are some facial pain syndromes that might cause your symptoms. Neuroophthalmologists are usually in the department of ophthalmology at medical schools. If you live in USA you can go to www.geteyesmart.org and find a neuro-ophthalmologist near you.
