Central flash and halos

Hello, I wrote before but I have one more question please: when I'm taking brimonidine to reduce the pupil's size, all my halos disappear magically but the central flash am experiencing is still there, especially in the first part of the day, when outside there is sun. It's very annoying, especially at home, when the sunlight comes inside from the window. I'm wondering why brimonidine doesn't work in that case? What causes that flashing view then? Thanks again!

Most likely a volume overload much more light entering the eye than indoors or overcast day.  Like slow rain storm drains can handle, downpour streets flood.

Thank you. Strobe-effect is due to lens truncated edges or optical rings?

likely a combo IOL optic rings, edge and cornea irregularities

Thank you doctor! Could I ask one more thing? When is said "it goes away with time", that means neuroadaptation only or there are physical changes inside the eye around the lens too? Opacification of capsule around the lens and other things? On forum there are usually people lamenting all those problems but they never complain much after 1 year. What do you know from your experience? Thanks again!

I know that I have taken the discussion as far as I can and that I can offer no more useful information over the internet and I do suggest you get a second independent consultation from a cornea/IOL/refractive surgeon.
