Should I be worried about my right eye?

Just in case this information is important: I am 16 years old, and I wear glasses. Yes, I have to keep them on all the time in order to see. A few weeks ago, my right eye was feeling weird. It felt like there was eyelash in it, and it was really uncomfortable to blink. I kept going to the mirror to check if there was an eyelash in my eye but there wasn’t. In the process of moving my eye to see if an eyelash was there, i saw that something was separated. It’s the pink tissue next to my tear duct. I don’t know what it is called, all these eye diagrams are so complex. I checked my other eye and it was fine, so i was terrified that my right eye had this slightly separated tissue. I now don't feel any discomfort, but a new symptom appeared after that. Everywhere my eye moved, a black dot would follow. It was happening on my right eye. I was in class the 1st time i noticed it, and i actually thought it was a fruit fly. My left eye is fine and I feel no discomfort or have seen the black dot in that eye.I have contacted my eye doctor and i'm awaiting an appointment. I just wanna know if this is worth worrying for.

The black dot in almost all case is a 'vitreous floater"  common in myopes even young ones like yourself. Annoying but not serious when number is small and not flashes or loss of peripheral vision.  Most settle down out of line of sight or you get use to them and don't notice them. Not sure what you are seeing but inner aspect of eye has the caruncle (vestigial 3rd eyelid), folds of conjunctive (plica similunaris), a space (tear lake) and two bumps (puncta) on the inner upper and lower lids have the tear duct openings.
