Dizzy after surgery

I recently had a surgery for a umbilical hernia. I was put under general anesthesia for the procedure.  I have been recovering for 4 days, and am still getting dizzy and not able to focus real well.  With one eye I am seeing things that look embossed, 3D like which makes me sick due to me not being able to focus well.  My wife said my spo2 level fell into the lower 40% while in surgery.  I am not for sure the duration I was in this range.  Could this be the reason my head is foggy and I can not focus 4 days after the event?
