Dried Blood behind Retinas

My son had an AVMalformation in the Great Vein of Galen (bleed).   He is very fortunate to still be alive.  With the brain bleed, blood got into his eyes and dried behind the retinas (both).   Some drs say it will take two months to dissolve and be absorbed by the body.  So far it has been since April 13.   Is there anything you have found that would expedite the process.   Crying, adding tears.....etc.   he didn't want any type of surgery which we were told they could suck out the blood, but he wanted to go the natural route.   Thank you. After a trabeculectomy, I had a few blood vessels burst when I changed my head elevation too fast. Unfortunately the IOP was so low (3) it caved in the sclera and is blocking the macula, and also both sides are touching for a potential of bonding. I am on prednisone to help that and Vigamox and Atropine to battle the other issues. I am also on Warfarin for a heart valve, which did not help when the vessels blew! However the blood collected everywhere in the vitreous and I cannot even see the iris, all I see is blood in the mirror. Is there any homeopathic emulsifier I can use in my food or something to help break up this giant 'scab', like the earths' crust around my eye? I just had surgery a week ago, I really cannot afford another one. Anything at all? Belladonna? Jimsonweed? Echinacea?  If it is dried (except for the vitreous) can surgery even get it out? Thanks

Nothing will speed or slow it.  Surgery is difficult if the blood is behind retina, much easier if in vitreous.
