Nothing will speed or slow it. Surgery is difficult if the blood is behind retina, much easier if in vitreous.

After a trabeculectomy, I had a few blood vessels burst when I changed my head elevation too fast. Unfortunately the IOP was so low (3) it caved in the sclera and is blocking the macula, and also both sides are touching for a potential of bonding. I am on prednisone to help that and Vigamox and Atropine to battle the other issues. I am also on Warfarin for a heart valve, which did not help when the vessels blew! However the blood collected everywhere in the vitreous and I cannot even see the iris, all I see is blood in the mirror. Is there any homeopathic emulsifier I can use in my food or something to help break up this giant 'scab', like the earths' crust around my eye? I just had surgery a week ago, I really cannot afford another one. Anything at all? Belladonna? Jimsonweed? Echinacea? If it is dried (except for the vitreous) can surgery even get it out? Thanks
