Dry, Red, gritty eyes-decreased foggy vision

8 to 10 years ago had LASIK...slowly vision has diminished, but can still drive without glasses - but prefer to wear them.
3 months ago, developed conjunctivitis.  Treated...right eye remained red most of the time..saw eye doctor...who saw no problem.  Using eye drops for dry eyes.  

Over the past 2 weeks, eyes so dry, they wake me up, burning, very blurry vision...put in drops once or twice per night and throughout the day.

Last week, noted vision much more diminished bilaterally.  Eyes very red and slightly swollen.  Now vision is foggy at times, like it was after LASIK, but not as foggy as it initially was after this procedure.

I have hx of migraines.  The past year they have been really under control.  Now they are coming back...related to eyes?  Have developed a left hand tremor when I pick up a cup or glass.  

Are these related symptoms or separate issues?  What does this sound like?  Have an appt with eye doc later this week.

1. Get a second opinion from another cornea/refractive Eye MD ophthalmologist.  Find one near you at www.aao.org
2. If the recommendations are the same and restasis is recommended start it soon as it take about 90 days to start seeing the first effects.

I had lasik 20 days ago.  DLK was detected the day after the surgery, and was resolved by 2 weeks.  Now my vision is better in the morning, and blurry by the afternoon.  I still see foggy all the time.  My doctor says my eyes are really dry, so he now prescribe Restasis.  Meanwhile, I'm still using artificial tears frequently.  I hope sncw7's eyes are back to their best now.  If Dr. Hagan can tell if my vision will be better with time as the eyes heal.  My doctor seems not too concern about my vision.  He thinks they will be better with time.  Is this all true?

The development of a tremor is VERY troubling and you should see a neurologist ASAP. You need also to see an eye MD ophthalmologist to evaluate the other problems. You may need to go on Restasis. You need to be sure some new eye problem has not arisen.
