Yes one type of tears dysfunction syndrome pro blem the eyes water all the time due to poor quality tears; the other type dry as bone and no tears.
Children can get Sjorgren's but its unusual and usually associated with a systemic disease like juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Thank you for your response. I am very scared she could have Sjorgen syndrome. If her eyes do not feel dry at all, can it still mean she has dry eyes if they are watering at times? Also, I guess it is possible for children to get this disease, although it is usually diagnosed in woman ages 40 years old and up? Thank you for your help.
Sounds like she needs a visit to your pediatrician AND an ophthalmologist.
