Eye irritation (burning, drying)

Dear Sir,

My name is Dayananda B V 33 year old, software engineer.
My eyes are getting drying and I feel like burning, if I go outside (in sun) for 30min (and also if I don’t drink water for 30 mins, i drink 4ltrs of water per day), my eyes will start drying and burns, I feel lot of body heat.  I consulted doctor he told I don’t have eye sight and he given “Tears Naturale, lubricant eye drops, Alcon” (Hypromellose, Ophthalmic solution ). But still I am facing same problem please advice me.

thank very much for your replay,
last week i consulted doctor how is MD, mean while i will consult corneal specialist, i will update to you once i have consulted the doctor.
