Is your son’s glasses RX - (MINUS) 3 in each eye or + (PLUS) 3 in each eye as you wrote it both ways.   In any case there is no way to know what his glasses RX will be when he is an adult anymore than you can predict his height or weight. Stick close to a pediatric ophthalmologist Eye MD. Also be sure all other children are checked as this runs in families and all children at risk.

Thanks so much for you reply I’m wondering if his eyes as a + is as bad as mine as a - I don’t under the difference between a - and a + which one is worst ?
His EE is 3+ in each eye and mine are -3
He is I meant to say 3+
You are myopic,  your son is farsighted or hyperopic.  You have a long eye, he has a short eye.  Your son’s problem can cause crossed eyes and amblyopia.  So your problem not related to his. If you need more information read about myopia and hyperopia on the internet.
