Eye problems, questions

Im 26 years old and have recently been in two minor auto accidents, no idea if they are connected.

For the past 3 months Ive had pressure behind my eyes that comes and goes, twice being diagnosed with some kind of infection, but my primary doctor doesnt think Im infected.

When I wake up in the morning, and I look in the mirror, one eye is dilated far more than the other eye regardless of position of light behind me (I have 3 mirrors on different walls in the bathroom) and this lasts.... maybe an hour until I leave for work, then they tend to be the same.

lately it feels like my eyes aren't focusing the same and my vision in my right eye feels slightly omitted or different than my left This symptom appeared or was noticed suddenly. My eye lids feel EXTREMELY heavy and my eyes are straining all the time, up close or far away. Focusing far, and then close seems to aggravate it. Ive seen an eye doctor and my vision has gotten worse to 20/50 vision. Light or being outside during daylight hurts my eyes and I squint all day. I have very slight astigmatism the doctor says, 1/4 point in my left and 1/2 a point in my right. I had a cat scan in the hospital to find if there was something effecting my eye sight and they didn't find anything.
Im on Omeprazole for ulcer and citilopram for anxiety but symptoms were discovered before medication. I haven't been sleeping well due to anxiety and medication, but last night I slept fine, and no change.

Could my car crashes be effecting my eye sight, or should I be looking into something else? Neurological?
neck injury?

Other symptoms I have, not sure if they are connected, shoulder pain, knots on left shoulder, elbow pain and forearm sometimes, tingling in fingers.

Thank you

Costs vary. I suspect a single consult would be about $150.
