I got hit by a cricket ball into my eye around 9 month ago, After this freak incident i started seeing flashes and floaters in my eye, In the first month of my injury i felt pain when i tried to rotate my eye specially above the eye under the brow( i do not have the double vision problem).Since that i have been to 7 different doctors 3 of them were retina specialist, one was neuro ophthalmologist and other three were general ophthalmologist.
1- After 9 month of injury i still see flashes and floaters, Flashes has been reduced significantly like before i used to see very bright flashes 5 to 7 in one hour but now i see less bright flashes and just one flashes in one hour, and floaters only bother me in sunlight, I just want to know do i still need to be worried about these flashes and floaters ?
2- The thing which depressed me a lot is Discomfort and pain above the eye under the brow it become severe when i use computer or drive a car. All the doctors whom i visited they just said there is nothing wrong with your eye ball and give it a time.
3- Recently i visited a general Opthomologist he prescribed me nevanac eye drops, is it good to take this inti inflammatory eye drops after after month of injury ??
I am so worried about my career because i just have one eye for good vision my other eye was damaged when i was a kid, i am just 26 year old and i have recently finished my bachelor degree and i am not even apply for the job because my job involve using the computer 8 to 12 hours everyday which is extremely hard for me. i have been to this forum before and got some useful recommendation from dr john and i would really appreciate if he reply me to these questions thanks
