Gas bubble

Is it possible to displace or knock out a gas bubble? I had a vitrectomy 3 days ago, just drying my hair and knocked eye - not a hard knock - under lower lashes.  Highly myopic so not sure if I've seen the bubble in my eye at all, let alone now. What does it look like? State of panic.

The gas bubble displaces itself and moves depending on the position of your head. It would take a huge blow to the eye and it would have to rupture the globe for the gas to get out of the eye unless there was a suture line leak.  The bubble usually looks like a light or dark circles that moves with the head and obscures vision within the circle.

Thanks. What is the ''globe' please? A suture leak sounds major and unavoidable, with or without a knock. Pretty sure that didn't happen, I hope.
the gas bubble assumes a globe like shape. Since its in front of the retina it creates a round, circle/oval spot that may be light or dark. As the gas goes away the bubble gets smaller and smaller.
