Help

I had an intraocular lens placed on my left eye. Dut to my two eyes not working together I then had a pigggyback iol in place. A couple days ago i woke up with two differene images on that eye. not doulbe, but ghosting images. I was really desperate for a solution since my vision is kind of bad already, because my i have pco, according to my surgeon, and he will perform yag in a month, the ghsothing imaging was the thing that really upset me. today i was rubbing the upper top of my eyelid, and just like that the ghosthing went away. It has been almost 2 months since surgery, any explanations, or what shoult i tell my surgeon about this problem before yag surgery in a month?

You should absolutely call your surgeon and tell him. If the eye is totally back to normal and you feel you see well there is no reason to do the yag in most cases. The yag can involve some increased risk of retinal detachment and can make any procedure to reposition or rplace the IOLS more difficult.
