How long are IOL measurements good for...?

Once a person is measured/tested for an IOL implant (meaning axial length, curvature, etc), how long are those measurements good for?  In other words, how soon should after the measurements should surgery be done for optimum results, is it:

One month?
Two months?
Three months?

Thank you.

There are no studies on these but the parameters of the tests: radius of cornea, depth of anterior chamber, length of eye don't change quickly at all so I don't think anyone would feel it problamatic using 3-6 month old test readings provided no surgery or injury in the interim
