Since all your tests are negative and you have had multiple consultations "watchful waiting" is probably appropriate to see if any other eye or health problems develop. Other people have posted similiar complaints. In some cases it has stopped. I have no personal experience with visual snow or palinopsia
Every test MRI EEG, spinal fluid came back clear.
Hello. It's not eye problem. I have new symptom - palinopsia. This is a phenemon where I see a image which i was looking before. I see afterimages from everything, even trail of my hand. I know that it's hard to understand it but it's typicall neurological symptom. My symptoms are very similiar to condition called Visual Snow.
SWD: Thanks
WojtekSZ No in my practice which is over 3 decades I have never had a patient with that constellation of symptoms. There are several discussion threads on the Eye Forums at MedHelp.org which are similar.
My standard recommendation: general physicial exam, neuro-ophthalmology exam, neurologist exam with MRI/MRA and EEG
If all are negative than depending or where you live you may need to a world center tertiary eye-neurological center for evaluation (example in USA Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Miami or Johns Hopkins Baltimore)
Sorry I can't add more.

Thank you for your interest.
I have snow for half the year. Everything is constantly deteriorating - Tons of floaters, BFEP (entroptic phenemon), after-images/palinopsia (negative and positive), starburst and halo effects around light source, flashes, glare with light sensitivity, ghost vision.
I had plenty of ophthalmic and neurological tests that come out positively. Did you meet with a similar case?
Thank you.
I don't know if he somehow added the link after you read it or if you didn't notice, but the post now says its related to this discussion:
