I don't what the eye problem is?

I'm 15 years old

When i wake up in the morning my vision is blurred, so i have to rub it a few times till it goes away but later in the day *like once or twice or more and i have to rub my eyes for it to go away*
also when im in the car at night and look at other cars headlights or backlights i see lines coming out of them is this light sensitivity?
also my eyes are sometimes feel painful and are red and itchy

I've been having the blurred eye vision proiblem for about 4-8 months now and that is the main problem and im scared for me having to have cataract surgery or something

Also the blurred vision problem - i see it in the mirror and i pull it out, it's long white-clear mucus
