IOL redo

How difficult is it to redo an IOL if the results are not as good as expected?

It should be straight forward.  It can be more difficult if there was a complications at the original surgery or if there was a yag done.

I was very farsighted before surgery and now am slightly nearsighted in one eye uncorrected 20/80. The other eye is perfect 20/25 uncorrected  Should I be concerned or just accept the results?
