Improving Vison Naturally

I'm currently reading an Ebook about improving your eyesight naturally. The author says that she would do a number of different eye exercises, but was unable to quit using her glasses cold turkey. She states that she would ask her optician to monitor her vision on a month to month basis, and giver her progressively weaker and weaker lenses. Has anyone ever tried this? Does it sound like it would work?

Doctor,

Is it alright if I send you a link to the website of the author who is making these claims, OR, do you completly disregard the possibility of these eye exercises working?

No  eye exercises to get out of glasses are worthless. Many studies have shown it.
