see fine pulsating

second day after phaco of right eye with acrysof lens, dad saw fine pulsating donesis while moving my eye .
what is this ?
is it dangrous ?
he had previous operation in the left eye phaco with ryner lens but with no such compliant .

There is no way we can access the cause or threat of this symptom and you should report to the Eye MD surgeon.  As a generalization many patients after surgery see vitreous floaters after surgery that they could not see before surgery. the surgery did not cause it just made them visible like turning on a light in a room lets you see what's in it.

Same surgery on different sides of the body (hip replacement, catarct surgery, knee surgery) like raising children are not idential copies of one another.
