Black spot on light sources

It's mostly at night out in the street. All the street lamps have a perfect circle on them. It's only in my right eye, and I can only see it on small light sources. I have floaters as well but I've read that they are normal. Anyone know what this is??

Since there are a number of possible causes (problems with glasses/needing glasses/ contact lens problems,   corneal problems, lens problems, viteous/floater problem or retina/macular problems you would need to consult an ophthalmologist to work through the causes.
