Post sclera buckle surgery

I had a retinal tare 2 years ago.  Had cryo, buckle and cataract surgery.  Since then I have had facial/eye/tempral pain.  Some days at a time.  So severe that tylenol, even Norco don't even touch it.  Makes you want to slam your head against the wall for some relief.  Doctor doesn't want to remove the buckle.  Any suggestions for pain relief???

I would suggest getting a second opinion from a retina specialist.  Also consider a neuroophthalmology consult. If they don't turn up anything then you might want to visita pain clinic.]
