Odd constellation of symptoms... any advice?

Hello,

For the past 3 years I've had a host of symptoms that have been undiagnosed. Mainly they are extreme sensitivity to lights, bad afterimages (brake/street lights, TV, sun reflections), palinopsia, BFEP, floaters, tinnitus and some vague system-wide  pain, red skin rashes on legs. These all started a little after my first symptoms and prior to that I had no known health issues. I am a 30y/o male.

Recently I have had visual problems after exercise. After 5-10 min of some light exercise or exposure to heat I get fixed white spots in my vision. Almost looks like the fire from a gas stove burner plus a few random spots here and there. No matter when it occurs, the spots always show up in the same place. Meaning if I get it today - it will look like it did last Wed, for example. They are static, white, don't move, flash or wiggle. It's in the center of my vision and more noticeable on bright surfaces and they are kind of masked on colored backgrounds.

I've been to retinal specialists, neuro-opthamologists, neurologists, rheumatologists, internists, etc... Only things off are low vit-d and elevated liver enzymes. My brain MRI also has a static 2-3 tiny spots of increased activity, but that has been stable. My local neurologist and specialists in NYC both say it does not look like MS and my symptoms don't sound like MS. All are puzzled.

Can anyone think of something that I can investigate? I am kind of concerned about the exercise/heat issue because it kind of makes me almost not want to do much, knowing what I'll end up getting in return for some exercise.

Thanks all for any help!

Hi Dr. O,

Thanks for the reply... They have done an EEG (which came back normal) It is not a seizure as the symptoms are present 24/7 for almost 3 years now. I have also had a VEP, BAER test which were normal as well.

Thanks,
cabinman

Have they done an EEG?  Could this be a seizure?
