im worried about my grandma

Hi i have a question about my grandmas new found mass behind her retina. She has had blurry vision and watery eyes but so far no other symptoms. I am wondering if the mass behind her i will cause it so that her doctors will have to remove her whole eye. She is freaked out because she is n medi care and doesnt have a good doctor so she thinks they will take her eye out without even caring or trying. I am so worried no. So i was wondering if you had any advice or if anyone could tell me they wont remove her eye. thanks
