After cataract surgery I to have floaters.  At first my floaters were small dots, but now I have cobweb like floaters.  My doctor checked it out and says he sees no retina tear or bleeding.  Apparently my floaters are from undissolved gel particles.

The only way to know for sure is to have you doctor check it out.  If you are seeing a ton of floaters or as my doctor said a curtain coming down then get checked out immediately.

I have been told over time they usually go away or you notice them less.

Flashes of light might be the vitreous pulling/detaching from the retina.
Need a retinal doc.
