Possible black worm in left eyeball?

Whats black worm like that's not an eyelash & can be seen coming from the white of my lower left eye going around part of my eye & goes back into the eyeball isn't seen outside or on the edge of my eyeball itself but looks to be inside or just under the surface of my lower left eyeball? I have images of it. Also we have an infestation of black flies that we have irradiated 6 times only for them to come back smaller with each new generation of them, and when we kill them are full of blood. We have images of those too. We live down river from a water reclamation facility that has been known to of spilled human sewage into this river in the past & we live less than 1500 feet from this river.

If you can post an image and link to image. It is possible to get tiny worms and larvae in or on the eye.  If you have access to an ophthalmologist, optometrist, emergency room  try and have actual exam.  If not have someone with medical training look  at the thing under high magnification
